Together with enologist Giuseppe Pizzolante Leuzzi, they discussed the production of a traditional method sparkling wine from white-vinified Negroamaro.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIn 2014, preparation work began in the vineyard for the new vinification. In August 2015, the Negroamaro harvest for the sparkling base took place, and in 2016, the base was bottled with the tirage operation (bottling). The following months were dedicated to the delicate process of fermentation and aging.
