Our family founded the I Pàstini winery in 1996 in the heart of the Itria Valley in Puglia, on this lush plot of land between the countryside of Locorotondo and Martina Franca.

The primary objective was the recovery and valorization of the ancient grape varieties cultivated in the Itria Valley.
Thus began the search around the oldest vineyards for those varieties whose characteristics were imprinted in our memory.
And so very ancient vines were marked from which we took the scions from which we obtained the precious graft buds.

A long process that allowed us to realize our project. 18 wonderful hectares, and in September 2003, finally, the first harvest took place.
