AMARO RURALE is obtained from the cold maceration of more than 40 botanicals.
APPEARANCE: Amber and shiny. Coppery, reminiscent of all the hues of a countryside bouquet of spring plants from our Park.
AROMA: Decisive nose of hillside herbs, with distinctive field savory and Apulian grape, as well as gentian and red cinchona, together with notes of foliage and hints of hay and straw, in a strong yet harmonious context. Balsamic, Citrusy, Herbal, it leaves a pleasant and at the same time authentic aftertaste, just like the territory it comes from: Alta Murgia. In the mouth, our secret botanical, with the scent of rhubarb.
TASTE: Powerful, centered on the bitter note which is, however, perfectly integrated into the context. The finish is very rich, aromatic, and pleasant. Perfect as an after-dinner drink, it can be served at room temperature or chilled, according to taste. Without the addition of chemical additives or mother tinctures.
