Fondovico – Colli della Murgia

Fondovico is a brilliant, straw-colored sparkling wine. The nose is floral, fresh, and intense. In addition to a good bouquet, slight fruity notes can also be perceived. On the palate, it is not an overly aggressive sparkling wine, thanks to the presence of residual sugar and the not-excessive pungency of carbon dioxide. Its aromaticity makes the sparkling wine even rounder than its actual structure. The sip is full and excellently balanced.
