APPEARANCE: clear and crystalline.
AROMA: Balsamic and herbaceous note, reminiscent of a country walk in the high hills of the Mediterranean Murgia. Intense aroma of chamomile and Apulian grape marc.
TASTE: Intense, captivating, round. Extremely balsamic and fragrant. High herbaceous note typical of Murgia Savory, salty and spicy. Saline note given by Marine Samphire, also called Sea Asparagus, sweetness of Almond and a Chamomile finish.
