A liqueur created from the cold infusion of Salento myrtle fruits and leaves harvested during their ripening period.
Diluted with infusions of the infused leaves and fruits to obtain a unique and intense flavour and to extract the active ingredients through both alcoholic infusion and hot water maceration.
On the palate, it retains a strongly aromatic taste, thanks to the unmistakable aroma of the berries, yet tending towards a delicate herbaceous note thanks to its leaves.
