"What it was and what it is now..."
Malassiso is a wine that encompasses the time and deep identity of the Salento region. Dedicated to the ancient gate of the old city of Copertino, this red Riserva represents the evolution of proud work, where the past leaves a memory and the present reaps its fruits.

Tasting Notes
Intense ruby red color with purplish reflections. On the nose, it expresses a broad and refined aromatic profile, with spicy notes of mace, ginger, and black pepper, followed by blackberry, morello cherry, and nuances of tobacco leaf, coffee, and balsamic notes.
On the palate, it is vigorous, with energetic but perfectly integrated tannins, a significant structure, and long persistence, with a finish reminiscent of mentholated tobacco.
