Citrus Honey – Gigi's Honey

Citrus honey is very similar to Orange Blossom honey but also contains pollen from mandarins, lemons and citrus fruits in general. It generally has a light beige color when crystallized, the taste remains delicate and floral like that of Orange Blossom but with some fruity notes.
