Wine made from ancient native grapes grown in vineyards treated with strict respect for the environment, from grapes hand-picked in small crates after careful selection of the bunches.
The pre-chilled grape extract obtained by soft pressing, after a long maceration on the skins, matures in sturdy oak barrels without haste, for 36 months.
Complex, velvety, intense, powerful, tannic, and persistent.
It is the perfect union of tradition and technology, the witness of this intertwined bond between past, present, and future.
