With a sweet taste and velvety consistency, our organic tomato passata is made only with tomatoes harvested in the summer months at the right degree of ripeness and processed within a few hours of harvesting. It is obtained with a simple and natural process, without the addition of preservatives, to keep intact all the authentic taste of freshly picked tomatoes.
Versatile in the kitchen, it is ideal for preparing sauces, ragù, soups, rustic pizzas, and main courses. Thanks to its richness in antioxidants, vitamins, and lycopene, a powerful ally for health, it combines well-being and goodness in every recipe.
How we grow it
In our fields in Puglia, organic tomatoes grow only with water, sun, and wind. We cultivate varieties such as cherry tomatoes, San Marzano, and yellow tomatoes, which ripen naturally under the warm summer sun, caressed by the sea breeze and the scents of the countryside. Only when nature indicates the right moment do we harvest them by hand, then select, wash, and immediately process them, preserving their freshness and nutritional properties.
Our philosophy

Located in Cerignola, Puglia, our company extends from the hinterland to the sea, benefiting from a unique terroir. The winery and canning laboratory are located in the historic Masseria Contessa Staffa from the 1700s, the heart of the production of organic wines, preserves, and sauces that tell the story of our land in every taste.
