Patitari – Cantina Coppola. An elegant and distinctive red wine, obtained from 100% Primitivo grapes grown in the eponymous "Patitari" cru, located in a privileged position overlooking the Gulf of Gallipoli. The vineyards, nestled in a natural setting protected by a dense coastal pine forest, benefit from a unique microclimate, where sea breezes, mitigated humidity, and high sun exposure promote a slow and complete ripening of the grapes. The sandy-rocky soil contributes to giving the wine elegance, minerality, and structure. Visually, it presents a deep ruby red, while on the nose, intense aromas of ripe dark fruit, sweet spices, balsamic hints, and iodized nuances evoking the proximity of the sea emerge. On the palate, it is rich, enveloping, and harmonious, with silky tannins, excellent balance, and a long, savory finish. A Primitivo that fully expresses the cru's vocation and the Mediterranean soul of the territory.
