A typical recipe from the Apulian tradition, our organic tomato sauce with cacioricotta cheese combines the sweetness of sun-ripened tomatoes with the intense and flavorful taste of this typical cheese, made from sheep's milk and, sometimes, goat's milk. The creamy consistency and natural savoriness are enhanced by the addition of our organic extra virgin olive oil.
Ready to use, just heat it up to dress pasta or rice. The most classic pairing is with Apulian orecchiette, but it also goes well with other pasta shapes for a rich and unforgettable dish.
How we make it
We use exclusively organic tomatoes harvested from our fields in the summer months, selected and processed within a few hours to preserve their freshness and flavor. The cacioricotta, briefly aged, is added in just the right amount to ensure a perfect balance between creaminess and character. All ingredients come from certified organic farming.
