Tasting Notes
Pale and brilliant pink, with fine and persistent perlage. The nose reveals aromas of rose, raspberry, mulberry, and wild strawberries, accompanied by delicate citrus notes. On the palate, it is soft, fresh, and harmonious, with a pleasant persistent finish.
Food Pairings
Perfect as an aperitif and with seafood. Also ideal throughout the meal, paired with light pasta dishes and fish main courses.
