Tasting Notes
Intense straw yellow. The nose opens with elegant aromas of citrus peel, aromatic herbs, acacia flowers and lavender, with resinous nuances. On the palate, it is balanced and enveloping, with a pleasant savoriness and well-balanced freshness.
Food Pairings
Perfect with seafood pasta dishes and stuffed pasta with creamy or blue cheeses, also enriched with truffle or pumpkin. It pairs excellently with roasted fish and delicate white meats.
