Primitivo – The Archetype

Primitivo de L’Archetipo, a powerful, deep, and mysterious red wine, obtained from Primitivo grapes cultivated with full respect for the land according to the principles of organic, biodynamic, and synergistic agriculture. Visually, it presents an intense ruby red color with violet reflections, dense and compact. The nose is enveloping and layered: notes of ripe black fruit, plum jam, sweet spices, licorice, cocoa, and balsamic hints are perceived. In the mouth, it is textural and rich, with an imposing body that gradually opens, revealing complexity and balance. Velvety tannins, well-integrated alcoholic warmth, and a surprising freshness that balances the opulence of the sip. It is a wine that does not immediately give itself away: it requires attention, listening, and a first glass of mutual study to tune into its deep and authentic soul. Ideal with robust dishes, red meats, braised meats, game, and aged cheeses. Also perfect as a meditation wine.
